Upcoming Book Sales at the Capitola Mall
In an effort to limit as many non-essential trips out into our community as possible, we are closing the Capitola Branch Library Friends book store in the Capitola Mall until at least April 9th. We all know that COVID-19 is spreading rapidly. While local, state, and federal governments struggle to implement evidence-based, coordinated public health responses to COVID-19, about the only meaningful tactic that individuals can take is to drastically reduce contact with each other. Whenever possible, please consider cutting back on opportunities to leave your home. Let’s hope the specter of COVID-19 eases some in the coming weeks. For now, though, we can all be doing whatever we personally can to slow the contagion by limiting social contacts of all sorts.
The Capitola Friends holds book sales (including CD’s, DVD’s) on Saturdays of each month 10 AM to 4 PM. We are also open Fridays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. All genres, most books from $1 – $2!
When: Fridays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Where: We have a storefront at the Capitola Mall between Macy’s and the Food Court.
